We aim to process and fulfill all orders within 3-5 business days of placement. Once your order has been processed and shipped, delivery times typically range from 3-15 business days, depending on the destination area. Please note that unforeseen carrier delays or customs issues may occasionally impact the delivery window. You will receive a separate email notification with tracking information once your package has been dispatched.
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address entered at checkout is correct and complete. Luxe Soft Life is not responsible for packages that are delayed, misdelivered, or returned to the sender due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
We are pleased to offer Free Shipping on orders over $50 to select countries. To see if your destination qualifies, please proceed to checkout; if your country is part of our current free shipping list, the discount will be automatically applied to your total. For all other regions, shipping rates will be calculated and displayed at the time of purchase.
Where We Ship From
Our products are dispatched from a network of global warehouses to get your order to your doorstep as efficiently as possible. We ship our products directly from our specialized US and international fulfillment centers. If you order from the US, your order will be shipped from our US fulfillment center.
