Return Policy
At Luxe Soft Life, we want you to love every item you receive.
Please note that free gifts included with your order or bundles are complimentary and not eligible for replacement, exchange, or refund—even in cases where the item is torn or damaged. Because these are free promotional items, we’re unable to process any claims or replacements for them.
For all purchased items, our standard return policy applies. If you have any concerns about your order, please contact our support team at support@luxesoftlife.com within three (3) business days of receiving your package, and we’ll be happy to assist.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be shipped back to our warehouse (with a tracking number) in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. For Solid Fleece Tights, the included sheer pantyhose must also be returned; the entire package must be unopened, unused, and not tried on due to hygiene standards.
To start a return, please email support@luxesoftlife.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll provide you with the return address and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards, or free promotional gifts.
All return requests must be initiated within 14 days of delivery. Items sent back without a prior request will not be accepted. Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you regarding approval.
Order Cancellation
Orders can only be canceled within the first hour after being placed. After this time, our team will have already registered your order in our system and with our shipping carrier.
Damages
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
