Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 2-5 business days by the courier chosen based on your location and the fastest service available. Items will only be processed Monday - Friday and will not be processed on weekends or holidays. The usual delivery time is 5-12 business days, but you may receive your items much sooner. Shipping estimates exclude processing times, weekends and holidays. Once shipped, a shipping notification email will be sent with tracking so you can follow your package’s whereabouts every step of the way!

Note that packages may experience delays beyond our control, such as delays due to customs or postal delays (weather delays, holiday season). Please add 1-3 business days to our shipping estimates for rural addresses. If you have any questions regarding the status of your order, contact us at support@luxesoftlife.com. It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that the address and other shipping information is entered correctly. We are unable to change any information once your order has been placed. LuxeSoftLife will not be held responsible for packages that are sent to the wrong address that the buyer has entered. 

Any changes to an order can only be made or canceled within the first 1 hour of the order being placed. After an hour, our team will have already registered your order in our system and in our carrier’s system.

If the tracking information for your package states that it is delivered and you have not received it - please contact the carrier stated in your shipment confirmation. LuxeSoftLife does not issue refunds for packages that are marked as delivered. LuxeSoftLife is not responsible for packages that have been lost or stolen in transit.

Unfortunately, at this time, we do not ship to P.O. Box or APO addresses.
