Shipping Policy
We aim to process and fulfill all orders within 3-5 business days of placement. Once your order has been processed and shipped, delivery times typically range from 3-15 business days, depending on the destination area. Please note that unforeseen carrier delays or customs issues may occasionally impact the delivery window. You will receive a separate email notification with tracking information once your package has been dispatched.
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address entered at checkout is correct and complete. Luxe Soft Life is not responsible for packages that are delayed, misdelivered, or returned to sender due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
Return Policy
At Luxe Soft Life, we want you to love every item you receive.
Please note that free gifts included with your order or bundles are complimentary and not eligible for replacement, exchange, or refund—even in cases where the item is torn or damaged. Because these are free promotional items, we’re unable to process any claims or replacements for them.
For all purchased items, our standard return policy applies. If you have any concerns about your order, please contact our support team at support@luxesoftlife.com within three (3) business days of receiving your package, and we’ll be happy to assist.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be shipped back to our warehouse (with a tracking number) in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to include the receipt or proof of purchase. Items returned to an intermediary shipping facility are not eligible for store credit; only items sent back directly to one of our warehouses will be processed. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping fees, and shipping costs are non-refundable.
To start a return, please email support@luxesoftlife.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll provide you with the return address and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards, or free promotional gifts.
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you regarding approval. If approved, a store credit will be issued, minus a fifteen percent (15%) processing fee.
Order Cancellation
Orders can only be canceled within the first hour after being placed. After this time, our team will have already registered your order in our system and with our shipping carrier.
Damages
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
